Metrological Diagnosis of an automated meter installation with water as working liquid

This paper shows the fundamental requirements that should fulfill the automated of the flow meter calibration facilities that use water as work liquid and the metrological diagnosis of one of these facilities, the APU-011/600. With this objective it was used the Cuban Standard NC Guide 857-1:2011, the technological documentation supplied by the provider, and the authors´ professional experience. So when the flow meter calibration facility starts working it counts with the material resources and standard instruments that guarantee the traceability of its measurements and its successful functioning in Cuba.
